Millennium Luxury Coaches
Where Vision Becomes Reality
Sanford, FL • Est. 2001Founded in 2001 by Nelson Figueroa, Millennium Luxury Coaches has grown from a bold vision into one of the industry's most respected names.
If you watched the EPIC television feature that introduced luxury motorcoaching to mainstream audiences, you saw a Millennium. That exposure brought new faces into the lifestyle, but it also reinforced what experienced owners already knew: Nelson Figueroa builds coaches that push boundaries without crossing into impractical.
Millennium operates from a 100,000 square-foot facility in Sanford, Florida—one of the largest dedicated Prevost conversion operations in the country. The scale matters not for bragging rights, but because it allows them to keep virtually everything in-house: woodworking, upholstery, electrical, finishing, paint, and body work. When you specify a custom detail, it doesn't get farmed out to a subcontractor who may or may not share the quality standard.
The Figueroa Factor
Nelson Figueroa founded Millennium in 2001 with a vision that was clear from the start: build coaches that reflect what owners actually want, not what a catalog says they should want. His background—from the U.S. Army's elite Night Stalkers 160th Special Operations Aviation Unit to designing electrical systems for superyachts like Lady Rex and The Viper—shows in how the company operates.
Walk the facility during a build and you'll likely encounter Nelson on the floor, not because he micromanages, but because he's genuinely interested in the work. That engagement filters through the organization. The craftspeople know the boss cares about details; it affects their standards.

We don't just build coaches—we create environments where memories are made.
The Numbers
Millennium builds across the Prevost platform lineup—H3-45, X3-45, and XLII. Pricing depends heavily on specification, which makes generalizations difficult. A straightforward H3-45 build might land around $2.5 million; a fully-loaded X3-45 with custom everything can approach $4 million. The range reflects Millennium's willingness to build whatever you envision, as long as it's buildable.
Lead times vary with backlog, but expect 12-18 months from order to delivery for a custom build. Millennium occasionally has pre-owned inventory from trades, and they'll complete builds that were ordered but not taken for various reasons. If timing is a factor, ask what's available.
The Design Range
Where Millennium differs from traditionalist converters is aesthetic flexibility. They'll build traditional—warm woods, classic details, timeless palettes—but they're equally comfortable with contemporary minimalism, high-gloss modern, or something entirely custom. If you can describe it coherently, they can probably build it.
This flexibility attracts owners who have strong design preferences and the confidence to express them. A Millennium interior might feature cerused oak with brushed brass, or high-gloss white with carbon fiber accents, or hand-laid tile work that references a favorite hotel. The common thread isn't a house style—it's execution quality.

Inside a Millennium

The build quality inside a Millennium rewards close inspection. Pull open a drawer and examine how it's constructed. Look at how moldings meet in corners. Check the reveals around doors and panels. These details reveal whether a converter is building for showroom impressions or long-term ownership. Millennium builds for the latter.
Living spaces typically maximize the quad-slide opportunity when available—opposing slide rooms that create genuine great room proportions. Seating configurations vary widely based on owner preference, from formal arrangements to casual layouts that prioritize comfort over presentation. Entertainment systems can be subtle or comprehensive depending on how you use the space.

The galley gets whatever attention you request. Some owners want commercial-grade capability with full-size appliances and prep space for serious cooking. Others need only basic functionality because they eat out or prefer simple meals. Millennium doesn't push a standard configuration—they ask how you'll actually use the space and build accordingly.
The Master Suite

Master suites in Millennium coaches reflect the same customization philosophy. Standard layouts exist as starting points, but modification is expected. If you want a workspace incorporated, it's incorporated. If you prefer the bed oriented differently, it gets oriented differently. The constraints are physics and building codes, not catalog options.
Bathrooms can range from efficiently compact to surprisingly spacious depending on what you prioritize elsewhere in the floor plan. Finishes might include tile, stone, or solid surface; fixtures from builder-grade to premium brands. The point is that you choose, with guidance from people who've seen what works.
Millennium Luxury Coaches Paint & Design

The Exterior
Millennium exteriors tend toward the expressive. Their paint department has capabilities that rival custom automotive shops—multi-stage finishes, color-shifting metallics, intricate graphics executed with precision. If you want your coach to make a statement when you roll into a rally, Millennium can accommodate.
That said, they're equally capable of sophisticated restraint. A two-tone scheme in mature colors, expertly masked and applied, makes its own kind of statement. The point isn't flash for its own sake—it's having the capability to execute whatever vision you bring.
The Prevost Partnership
Millennium holds Prevost authorized service center status, which means more than a plaque on the wall. They can perform warranty work, they have access to Prevost technical resources, and their technicians receive manufacturer training. When something needs attention—whether on a coach they built or one from another converter—they have the relationships and resources to address it properly.
The Process
Ordering from Millennium starts with conversation, not a spec sheet. Nelson and his team want to understand how you travel, what you value, where you've been disappointed by previous coaches. From there, they develop a build specification that addresses your priorities rather than their preferences.
The build itself involves checkpoints where you can see progress and provide feedback. Some owners visit frequently; others trust the process and show up for delivery. Either approach works, though most find that at least one mid-build visit helps ensure the final product matches expectations.
Delivery includes thorough orientation—systems walkthroughs, operating tips, maintenance guidance. Millennium wants you confident before you pull away. And if questions arise later, the team remains accessible. You're not buying a product and disappearing—you're entering a relationship.
What Owners Say
Nelson and his team don't just build coaches—they create experiences.
Featured on EPIC for a reason. Millennium represents the pinnacle of what's possible.
