Why Liberty? Because for over 50 years and three generations, one family has poured everything into building the finest motorcoaches on the road. Every coach carries their name, and every detail reflects a relentless pursuit of perfection that only a family-owned converter can sustain.
In 1972, Frank Konigseder Sr. and his wife Jeanne bought a used Greyhound bus and began converting it in the side yard of their home near Libertyville, Illinois. The company took its name from their hometown, and a family business was born.
